Jay Clements is proud to have served the Chattanooga area for over 35 years. A native of Chattanooga, Jay has focused his practice in the areas of estate planning, probate administration, asset protection trusts, conservatorships, and related matters. Jay also handles the firm's Social Security Disability practice, guiding claimants through SSDI and SSI applications, reconsideration appeals, and administrative law judge hearings.
